Begin Again Or Die

Leave behind your past and fears
Follow brand new hopes and tears
Loving always the end of the fairytale
Begin a new story, this time one that won't fail.
My first fairytale died with the heart that I lost
Soon after again I was forgotten and lost
Every now and then I smile
To keep people pleased
Just send me back to my hell cell!
If I can't let go of my memories,
The most painful, most dear
Most loving, most clear,
That cut like cold daggers through my flesh
Ripping open all left unloved.
Oh, it looks like my heart's completely broken,
No use trying to fix it,
Or hurt it worse.
I have to begin a new story again
Change my fate's pathways
Leave behind the innocent starry eyes
And look to brighter things.
I have to begin again or die.
