THE AWAKENING OF SIRU

THE AWAKENING OF SIRU

A Chapter by Gorilla In The Mountain

The ocean water was shiny and crisp. A ship sailed the calm water of the sea and

it was flying a pirate flag. The sail was black and had a peace symbol on it with various

rainbow colors.
The crew consisted of three girls and six guys, all of which were below the age of

twenty-one. And the extra crew member was a male Demi-Kaiju, he was only two feet tall and

his name is Koopaw. The three girls were Jane, Janet, and Venus. The guys were Tony,

Curtis, Bill, Bob, Buffalo-Todd, and Neo.
Now these pirates are not regular pirates, nor are they regular human beings.

Buffalo-Todd is extremely big full of muscle and height, he can lift up to ten tons. Neo is the

brainiac, smarter than anyone he knows. Bob and Bill are both retired cowboys. Curtis is

good with a bow and arrow, he is also a blind man who practices voodoo and dark magic.

The last one is Tony who is the captain of the crew, his senses are far from regular, far much

better than any dog, cat, or ferret. All of these guys are human, but are mutated... Except the

two retired cowboys.
The three girls posess psychic gifts, gifts that anyone would love to have. The only

difference between the females is the kind of psychic ability they have.
As the ship sailed on, the sky became blackened with clouds. It quickly grew

serious and a hurricane began to take control of the waves of the water. Koopaw freaked out

running up and down the deck while flapping his small flightless wings. The small dragon-like

Demi-Kaiju had soon tripped over his feet. He tumbled and hit his head which had knocked

him silly.
Meanwhile Tony was busy trying to keep the ship on course, but the wind blew the

waves west... Odd, but true. So eventually The captain gave in and just let the waves take

them away. Curtis had been chanting and tossing red dust about the ship. But the wind had

blew the dust away. Curtis's magic was sabotaged by the hurricane. The blind man soon

sighed and put his sack of red dust away.
Neo soon took out an electronic map from out of his Gizmo-Sack... Unfortunately

the crazy rain caused the map to short out. Neo sighed and smashed the map on the deck.

But he did know the current location. The water below the ship was no longer water..... It was

thick red blood. "Oh no! this is not good." Gasped Neo as he studied his surroundings.

"Guys. We are in the Red Zone!"
The storm went on but the waves died down because of the blood of the Red

Zone. The Red Zone is a forbidden place, as cursed as it's name. This is the slumbering

place of Siru, a kaiju who seemed immune to death... Which is why it slumbers. The Vikings

had put him to rest, but no one knows how.
Soon the blood of the Red Zone began to steam and boil. Suddenly the ship

shook. They had hit a giant rocky island. The rocks had soon began to break apart, falling

into the blood and sinking slowly. But that could be the least of their worries..... What was

inside this rocky mound was a giant kaiju... The kaiju was at least one-hundred and ninety

feet tall. The monster resembled a Komodo dragon, but was upright and bipedal.
The giant Komodo dragon creature had a frill of feathers, and below this frill was a

furry mane. It's skin was green but dull, and the skin was scaley. On the back of this creature

was a shell.... A diamond hard shell.
All of the pirates backed away having heared the deep breathing of the beast.

Koopaw quickly hid behind Buffalo-todd as the creature began to show more signs of life.

"It's Siru!" Gasped the Demi-Kaiju in fear.
Everything went silent, including the hurricane. A swirling cloud formed above the

resting place of the kaiju and a red lightning bolt was shot down from the eye of the swirl. This

had caused temperary blindness to Koopaw who was the only one who did't look away from

the flashing of the lightning. Siru's eyes opened and so did its mouth as it let out a low deep

beigh for a roar.
Siru had spread his wings, which were twenty percent longer than his own body

length. Its black and red wings had quickly got him free from the casing of rock. The slumber

of Siru was over. Everyone watched as the kaiju flew away while roaring and breathing highly

concentrated beams of fire at the blood of the Red Zone. The flapping of the wings were so

strong that it caused the blood to produced waves just like water.
No one took action right away until it all sank in. Then Buffalo-Todd had picked up

a giant harpoon gun, which had to of had weighed one-hundred pounds. He took aim and let

fire.
