Temptation

Temptation

A Poem by VeeVeeCannibal

You see my silhouette
Aroused by morbid curiosity
I'm not the type of girl
You picture in your dreams

You know you want to know me
You cannot place just why
I'm the farthest thing from perfection
You're ever going to see

I know you smell the danger
Seething from my eyes
I'm a siren for your essence
I'll make you fall for me

I know that you can feel me
Even from afar
The energy is burning
You know I'll give you scars

You can't hold onto fire
And live to tell the tale
My touch might just consume you
And make you crave some more

Would you kiss these lips
I'll lead you far away
My heart is made of demons
I do not have a soul

You know that I'll posses you
I'll leave an empty shell
Clutching more than your body
And drag you straight to hell

Titillating and dangerous a the same time. This has a mysterious quality to it that gives it a certain sly style.

Nice poem VeeVee.
