A New Taste

A New Taste

A Poem by Vesuvius
"

These are lyrics for a song. Give me your feedback peeps, it's much appreciated.

"
Headphones in my ears
Upon the moving ground
I stop myself
Take a look around
The kids are on leashes
They're watching touch screen T.Vs
The kids are on leashes
Parents argue on cell phones
The kids are on leashes
Parents yelling at customer service
How could you do this to me?
We float down the walkway
Man ahead trips over himself
Tapping feet, rolling iris
I don't have time for this
Tapping feet, rolling iris
I don't have time for this
They stomp on like a buffalo stampede
They stomp on like a buffalo stampede
They stomp on like a buffalo stampede
They stomp on like a buffalo stampede
The stare you gave me yesterday
I knew it didn't, It didn't feel right
You raced to the car
The sun wasn't shining, It was burning through my skin
The sun burned down right through my skin
The birds were screaming
How could you do this to me?

They stomp on like a buffalo stampede

They stomp on like a buffalo stampede

They stomp on like a buffalo stampede"

A poet and a song writer. That is some good combo...:).............
