Alone in the dark
Time has left its mark
Everything I set out to do
Ends up turning blue

Once so full so full of life
Then stabbed like a knife
No where to turn
On the stake I shall burn

Loneliness is all I know
But I fake the smile and put on a show
No one will ever know the real me
I won't let anyone hear my plea

Alcohol and hookah day by night
The past me would not believe his sight
Who have I become
Why have I become so numb

So please don't waste your time
Don't commit this crime
Don't let love get away
Or you won't see the light of day
