Some Kiss

Some Kiss

A Poem by Time's The Bond

Written: 1-21-13

By: Emily Lui

You grabbed me in

Quickly

Stab the shadow behind

Aim for heart

Just above

You left it with a mark

Embarked on his side

The art a mystery

I didn’t cry

I pushed you away

Ran a few strides

The sly, cunning you

Like a ghost brisk in the dark

Your hair brushed

From behind you spun me

I fell into you

As you pull a powerful, forceful kiss

Careful to hold me

Unable to unravel

From merciful wavelike feelings

  I did not blush

I did not cry

As you hushed my panting

Embraced by such warm hands

I said

I have none of what called a type

Upfront told and bold

If I like you then I just do

A gust of reasons

Hope to come

In time with you

Feelings of love dance along the words. Along with love comes confusion never let you falter in your thoughts. All in all a good poem.
