Fall

Fall

A Poem by Savior of Time

Smooth, sleek darkness
Pours over me
Consumes me whole
I fall deeper
Into my abyss
I can't stop
Walls surround me
Getting too close
Air is thin
My head's pounding
I hear humming
Deeper below me
An engine's hum
Low and soft
Crashing into earth
My back first
No more falling
Debris goes everywhere
Floats around me
Frozen in air
And then rocks
Just suddenly fall
