This one is quite the bittersweet tale of wanting that special someone to share with, to grow with, to experience one's life journey with. At least that's what it spoke to me.
Well, I would Will, but seeing as how some consider my being understood when talking a bit of a struggle, let alone singing, which has been described as being as welcome as a fart in a spacesuit, would it be okay if I just hum quietly, to hide the fact that even humming I do off key. Maybe I should just stick to mouthing the words silently, so everyone else can enjoy your most excellent words and melody 😊

I think there is a song at the edge of an echo….it mimics the echo, ina melodious way… especially in a mountaintop, it can be beast far away…this a charming piece on symphonic tones that one can hear in the silence of one’s surroundings….and you make this music come to life in this deliciously vivid and colorful poem.
Warmly, B.
Beautiful in every way will. Your stanzas, laden with feeling, superb imagery and your lines flow like a lyrical stream in spring. Romantic poetry at its best.

Thanks so much Chris. You always leave such nice comments for me to find.
What wonderfully musical yet subtle meter, willweb. Each stanzac conjurs a scene, a mood, a gentle need.. and all from the height of an echo. Can there be anything better, more magical?

Maybe one or two things but, not many. : ) Thank you Emma, care to sing along today?
Somewhere there has to be a singer or songwriter who can set your splendid love poems to the right music. Tony Bennett's gone now, but don't give up hope.
