Apple Of My Eye

Apple Of My Eye

A Poem by
"

This was an assignment, but I realy liked it so I put it out here. Please tell me what you think.

"

Of all the people who mean a lot to me,

You are the one I love to see.

You are kind, loving, and you give the best hugs,

When I was little, you called me bug.

Taking care of me is what you would do,

And now its my turn to take care of you.

You would tell me that I'm the apple of your eye,

And I just can't say good bye.

I love you Grammy!

This is sweet and touching. I wish I'd had the chance to look after my grandma before she passed.

This is sweet and it makes my eyes water a little. My favorite lines are 'Taking care of me is what you would do, And now its my turn to take care of you'. Short and cute...
