~ You Color the World

No day would ever be the same again,

As that day, of waking up, on that early

Morning on a cold December last year,

When I put my shoes on, and walked out

The door, in the middle of the night,

To catch your early morning breath,

Nights, I’ve waited, into mornings, for us to

Have eye contact, but your orange bliss

Shall remain, now inside my memory forever

Without speaking, you color the world,

My love, you dance among the misty sky,

To shine, and warm the cold waters in me

And where the sky is too grey, and the

Clouds are in front of your being,

As if they must hide your smile

You wink, with a halo around you,

As your aura is letting me know,

You are alright, for time passes

In days to light years, in our love,

Before the future day shall come,

I did live in his embrace

Amazing and beautiful tribute to the Sun. it`s so warming, and creates real colors all around. You make me feel the freshness and rebirth and the mood of happiness here. I love this verse, where so lovely you expressed your love and need:

Without speaking, you color the world,
My love, you dance among the misty sky,
To shine, and warm the cold waters in me

Reminds me so much of love! :)

Dearest Eli,

This is stunning!...
The gentleness in your words felt like a comforting caress... as if "good byes" can be held with such passion....
I am learning that love comes in so many different forms... letting go is one of them.
You can truly love someone and give to them the freedom to 'be'...

The "Orange Bliss" is eternal... and will always be embraced.

Letting go of the season, or watching the sunset is a Beautiful thing...like your heart~xoxoxoxo~

Thank you dear one :) that makes me happy too, (it makes you happy) :) -x-
Elisa...this poem is gorgeously sweet (and romantic, of course). The image of "...your orange bliss/Shall remain, now inside my memory forever" is haunting, and conjures mental pictures of a kind of romantic morning in some tropical world.

My other favorite stanza is "Without speaking, you color the world/My love, you dance among the misty sky/To shine, and warm the cold waters in me." It's not only loving, but very spiritual in a way.

I also get a sense of sadness and loss from the poem, but with a hopeful ending, as if even death and physical absence cannot keep you apart. It is a wonderful idea, and I hope that it's true!!
