Alone

 

She's dying slowly

in a world that never wanted her here

She fits in nowhere

She can't describe her feelings

They play like nightmares through her head

Nothing makes sence to her anymore

Everthing plays itself out

Like a horror movie without sound

And she's loseing grip

She can always brighten up your day

Pretend everythings okay

Not nearly the case

She can act like your words do not offend her

But she can't hide inside anymore

no one there to protect her

no one there to save her

Shes on her own

But she's used to being alone

Wow, this was really well written. I'd say you captured the feeling of being forgotten and alone perfectly. Since I've lived through this before, I can honestly say that you've given one heck of a look into the life of one who feels so alone and broken. Excellent write. Keep up the good work!
