You have to get like the models.

Everyone is beautiful just the way they are. Maybe you don't look the way you want to, but all the beauty is on the inside. Don't starve yourself. It's better to be healthy human being without a perfect body, than having a "perfect" body and having some eating disorder in order to have it.
Believe in yourself, and that with exercise and good nutrition you shall achieve your goal. :D
