Stolen Emotion

Stolen Emotion

A Poem by Blossom
"

what have you done?

"
What have you done to me?
a cloud of agony as affections diminish.
Once we savored heaven,
childlike and untainted,
but you heart perished
a furious pool of lies-tears
follow death, follow night
love bled dry
in a haze of vengeance,
I still love you
even though you're gone

I like this just as it is. The heartache and anguish come pouring out of your words. I think you wrote an excellent poem. That's what I think and I like this a lot.

I really like the contrast between the happiness that love brings that you never thought would end, and the crushing waves of sorrow when it did. A beautiful comparison. :)
