Begging you

Begging you

A Poem by Yahallo

Please,
Don't look at me so happily
You make me think you actually love me
I don't want you to love me
When you can love someone else
Out there

Please,
Don't keep on following me
You make me think you actually want me
I frankly can't believe that could be true
I swear I am doing you a favour
Why'd you want to be my lifesaver?

Please,
Don't keep telling me your jokes
I might actually get up my hopes
But I can't help but laugh
How, when they are so
Dumb

Please,
Don't keep talking to me all night
I am afraid I might think this is right
Congratulations, though
You made me think about you
As you tiptoe on my heart wearing no shoes

Please,
Don't ever get hurt again
You scared me and made me cry
I thought you were going to die
With that stupid grin
And stupid smile

Please,
Don't tell me you love me so much
When I love you more
And the distance between the Earth and Moon
Just doesn't describe it enough
You already got me handcuffed

Please,
Don't tell me you'll never forget me
When you are lying on our bed
Are you going somewhere?
When can I see you again?
Someday, you say
