Wings

I stare up at the sky

only hoping wishing

that one day 

I will be lifted up

my wings will carry me

following the winds path

gliding behind the birds

that too followed the wind

then as day reaches night

the stars shine bright

I reach my hand out

almost as if I could touch the night sky

Just thought about making a poem about flying in the sky... Since I've always dreamed about it :)
