Stuck in depression

and loss of words

I confide

and cope

 

Like a bird

that cradles

itself in

it's wings

 

I hold in my hands

The answers

that I do not act on

I just lost

those moments

 

I stubbornly believe

that I can do this alone

When I can relate

To another's life
