God is making him nervous
God is making him queer
God is writing a poem
God is making us fear
God likes drinking on Sundays
God likes saving the trees
God likes f**s and abortion
God likes rats and their fleas
God has many who hate him
God has Facebook friends
God has many bills to pay
God has a lot of loose ends

What I mean by present day like, is how you used words like "queer" and "f*g", "facebook", etc.

Maybe I don't make any sense, but that's just me.

I love this poem, it captures most views on God, or my views on God anyway :]

It's... up to date. You know, very... oh, present day like. As if I was a person from the 1800s (being myself, because I'm sure people from the 1800s didn't look at it this way) and I suddenly saw the present day poem, I would say "You know what? That's exactly how I feel."
