I need a glimpse

Before the night

Before the day is over

Your eyes are dry

Your heart is light

Your soul is like a treasure

From blond to black

From night to day

Somehow I'm slowly slipping

This icy slope

It's safe to say

There's nowhere left for gripping

Pretzel-soft

And diamond-hard

There's angels in your footsteps

I see a lake

Of flowers charred

My throat is choked with love-streps

Your limping gait

Your break-out face

For every fault I love you

Your sacred heart

My nearby place

For every blessing, need you

Mortar-strong

Forever-god

Your hand is surely lightning

It's very true

It's somewhat odd

My love for you is frightening

oh hot damn! I really, REALLY, enjoyed this. I don't even know what to say, it literally took my breath away. Your talent is astonishing. You use words so simply, they all just fly to together yet create really breathtaking pieces. Great job once again.
