The Natural Chaos

The Natural Chaos

A Poem by A. A. Zambrana
"

A nice little metaphor written on a rainy day

"

We are rain
falling from the sky
in multitudes

Crashing to the leaves
and stones
and fields

Earth
swallowing us down
pulling us
to its depths

Tongued by greenery
and the roots that
spindle among the buried

We are sucked
from the clouds
the hills arching for us

Til we gain together
steadily adding
and collecting

Our singularity
blurring and smearing
connecting into one

As we widen and deepen
and roll down together
growing to
overlap and overthrow
places we should not be

And we roar through
the streets and
rise over walls
and flush through the trees

Until you are all within our belly
and beneath our surface
muted
as the rain keeps falling

Wow, the perspective of rain never looked so good before.. this was uniquely beautiful and I am left drenched in the spiritual ambience of your scribe. Bravo!

And the rain keeps on falling relentlessly. Really, a good work. Vivid and pure!

Thank you.

Raja.
