Little glow.

Little glow.

A Poem by Faye
"

Just think of frosted drops on lilac petals.

"

There's a garden not far from here,

just a few steps away.

This is a peaceful place,

no one goes here.

Just me.

It is always a night filled with serenity,

with those lilac flowers.

A sweet melody of water and midnight

The grass is deep dark green,

whispering in the wind.

This place is my sanctuary,

when i need.

This is a peaceful place,

no one goes here.

Just me.

I like it very much but i cannot name it.

A place that won't come,

if i try to grasp at it.

It is an ageless place that will never change.

This place is where i go to each night,

as rest my weary head.

I clase my eyes

and there it is.

This is a peaceful place,

no one goes here.

Just me.

This is very pretty, and I love the repetition. It's a calming poem, and I love it!

Powerful piece of poetry. The repetition isn't actually annoying, sometimes it can really get out of hand but I believe this had just the right amount.

Just wish I had a place like that, one that existed in reality and not just inside my head. Not that I got anything like that inside mine.
