nightmares awaken

after a while there were more disappearances in the diner as William was faced with a new struggle with his youngest son Michael his son was friends with Sammy and the other children who disappeared William tried to help but he was kidnapping his child’s remaining friends Michael always saw his dad do it but he never saw it was his dad all he saw was a man in purple covered in shadows William reprogrammed the robots to kidnap children using the special designs Henry gave them and rented the robots out to people they had a party as their children were devoured in the background and when the party was over the robots would go back underground and release the children to William and he studied the children he had cameras in his child’s room and in recreations of his room where he put children in and used gas to recreate the monsters in his child’s nightmares unknowing that the nightmares, Michael’s problem, were created by him he pinpointed the locations of the monsters the ways to scare them away and how to cure his son but all he could get is two hours and they come back he created a scenario for his child so he could have that little time to be free of his nightmares but he didn’t want his son to know what he was doing he didn’t want Michael to see him as a monster so he got two Fredbear toys and two walky-talkies he cut open one toy and put the walky-talky in it to give to his son and he became his sons imaginary friend and when he was done with his research all the children died from the gas leaks he knew people would find out so he staged gas leaks to make people think they were caused naturally and stuffed the body’s in the robots the child saw the “purple guy”, as he began to call it, stuffing his friends in the robots and the child started to cry he cried and cried and never stopped after that day but soon it  would be his birthday but his brother would mess with him tell then William new his oldest son was cruel but he couldn’t stop it he was to scared of Michael finding out what he did. five days before the party Michael was locked in his room with Fredbear his brother locked him in he talked to Fredbear “what did he do this time” said Fredbear “he locked you in your room again don’t be scared I'm here with you” Michael walked to the toys in the corner of his room there were four based on the designs of the robots in the new pizza place Henry was planning he already had the robots the child learned that as he watched his friends get stuffed in those robots he looked at the robots as the tears from that day still poured down his face “these are my friends” he said he noticed the head of the foxy was missing he walked to the door but it was still locked he pounded on the door but it wouldn’t open he fell to the floor crying as Fredbear told him “tomorrow is another day” that night he had the nightmare again he had a flashlight two doors and a closet at three he heard a noise he looked all around his room and saw the robots were creeping toward him in the halls he tried to keep them away with what Fredbear told him from his research after three hours of nothing and three hours of hiding the grandfather clock down the hall chimed and the child woke up from his nightmares when he woke up and the door opened he saw Fredbear on the bed  “you know he is hiding again” said Fredbear Michael walked out of his room “he won’t stop until you find him” said Fredbear Michael walked to his sisters room he never heard about what happened to her he saw she had a toy on the floor that looked like the foxy design but it was white and pink or that’s what it looked like the pieces were scattered everywhere and the only hint toward what it was is the mask everything else was just naked endoskeleton but he did notice there were two heads on the floor Michael looked around in her room and eventually looked under the bed “over there” said Fredbear and Michael walked to the living room he saw the TV he walked up to it and his brother lunged from behind the TV and scared the child he dropped to the floor with tears still streaming down his face Fredbear wanted to stop it but couldn’t he just stayed with the child and told him “tomorrow is another day”  that night as Michael was asleep Fredbear tried to help Michael with his nightmares he did it and Michael was free for two hours but soon the monsters came back and they were angry they moved faster and eventually he noticed his closet moved not like something was coming out but like something was sneaking in as fast as it can he ran to the closet and took cover behind one of the sliders he peaked around the corner and shined in the flashlight in and saw the robot foxy it was mad about the light it began to creep out and screeched as it nipped at Michael, Michael got mad and slammed the doors shut slightly hitting foxy in the nose the lights above him began to flicker and after a few seconds he looked in and saw foxy had turned into a plush toy like the one in the corner of his room after four hours of nightmares he woke up hearing the grandfather clock he was surprised to see his brother and even more surprised that his brother kindly offered to take him to Fredbear’s Family Diner he was scared to go back to that place but he accepted and they went together eventually while they were there Michael noticed his brother was gone he fell to the floor crying and eventually heard Fredbear talk to him “he left without you” said Fredbear “he knows you hate it here you are right beside the exit if you run you can make it” Michael went left “ NO!” said Fredbear “don’t you remember what you saw ?the exit is the other way hurry and leave” Michael ran right and the Fredbear mascot blocked him “it’s too late” said Fredbear “hurry the other way and find someone who will help you know what will happen if he catches you” Michael ran left again and saw the shadows of the robots on stage “you can find help if you can get past them” said Fredbear “you have to be strong” Michael looked back and saw the back room was open he looked inside and saw who he thought was the “purple guy” putting someone inside the other mascot costume he panicked and tried to run to the stage but got to scared and hid under a table he laid there and cried William wanted to help him but he didn’t want his son to know who he really was and even if that wasn’t a problem William was underground still torturing baby so Fredbear just told him “tomorrow is another day” the child fell asleep under there and as he slept William came and tried to help him keep the nightmares away as long as he could after two hours they came so all William could do was go home and hope his son makes it Michael kept the robots away for the four remaining hours and woke up in the diner “he hates you” said Fredbear “you have to get up you can get out this time but you have to hurry” Michael got up and walked to the entrance were he saw one of Henry’s daughters “were is your plush toy? Mine is Spring Bonnie” the girl had a plush hand puppet “my daddy says I have to be careful with him or I will pinch my finger he is a finger trap he says” Henry always let his daughters test the new toys Michael walked outside were he saw Charlie she stood by the entrance her eyes almost glowing as she told him “you better watch out I hear they come to life at night and if you die they hide your body and never tell anyone why do you look so worried see you at the party” Michael walked away as she made an almost evil laugh he soon saw a kid laughing on the sidewalk Michael walked closer and saw the kid was laughing at him “aren’t you the kid who always hides under the table and cries?” said the kid then he laughed again and said “no one else is scared why are you stop being such a baby” Michael was sad but no sadder than he already was he walked to the park and saw a ballerina Henry’s third daughter she danced with her eyes closed as if she didn’t need them and when she was done she opened them and saw Michael there were three toys on the ground representing the future models like the one in his sisters room the girl saw Michael was sad “why are you crying?” she asked “don’t you like my toy collection?” Michael saw the beak of the Chika toy had fallen off he looked in the mouth and saw what looked like sharp teeth he walked away and in front of his house he saw a kid with a balloon are you going to the party” asked the kid “everyone is going to the party oh wait you have to go it’s YOUR birthday” Michael walked inside as the kid laughed and inside Fredbear told him “be careful” Michael watched Fredbear and friends his favorite show the TV alerted his brother that he had come home so he hid and when the show was over Michael went to his room and his brother jumped out screeching scaring Michael he fell down crying and Fredbear told him “tomorrow is another day” soon after that Michael started to piece together who the “purple guy” was and what his father had done William couldn’t kill his own son so that night as Michael was asleep he was dragged back to the diner as he had another nightmare the robots came again and again he kept them away but when time was up and he woke up he saw he was locked in a strange room full of parts of the robots the child pounded on the door “please let me out” he cried “PLEASE” he fell to the floor weak from all the effort he put into escaping he stayed silent for a minute “please let me out” he whispered but nobody heard him except William it brought him to tears seeing his son like that but he had no choice he had to protect his Michael from the monsters in his sleep he had to protect his son from himself Michael fell asleep but in his dreams the robots he saw before were gone he was spastic searching around for a few minutes until he heard some footsteps he paused and suddenly something laughed he looked around until he saw a bear as tall as the house looking at him he swiftly closed the doors and realized he was being chased by his best friend Fredbear and his worst enemy his own father he listened for the patterns in the monsters laughs and footsteps and managed to keep it away tell his brother found him and woke him up Michael looked up and saw his brother was with three other kids all wearing masks “wow your brother is kind of a baby isn’t he” said the kid in the Bonnie mask “it’s hilarious” said the brother “why don’t we help him get a closer look he will love it” Michael got scared “no please” he cried “come on guys let’s give this little man a lift he wants to get up close and personal” the kids lifted Michael into the air and carried him toward the stage “no I don’t want to go” cried Michael “you heard the little man he wants to get even closer” said the brother as he laughed they got to Fredbear and the brother said “hey guys I think the little man said he wants to give Fredbear a big kiss on THREE one… two…” and they all lifted Michael to Fredbear’s mouth but the tears on Michael’s face caused the spring locks to fail making Fredbear bite Michael on the neck instantly putting him in a coma and destroying all the sanity left in William the diner was soon closed and the whole town forgot it even existed and a new pizzeria was opened shortly after but the guilt for what happened to his creations burdened Henry and even more what it did to his best friend William that night his daughters woke up and heard him talking to their mom they didn’t hear everything but they did hear him say something about a knife the next day as they were at school there aunt came to get them she took them to the car and told them “everything is going to be ok, I love you” she made a phone call and when she was done she told them that Henry had died and asked if they knew what that meant they nodded and she put them in the car and they drove back to their house to get there things there aunt covered their eyes before they walked inside but Charlie could still see her dads dead body and the blood still spreading over the floor but she also saw a strange robot with no face holding a knife she didn’t recognize it but knew exactly what it was made to do they got there things but before they were done with everything they went to the hospital where they saw Michael and his brother “can you hear me” asked his brother I don’t know if you can hear me” his brother paused “I'm sorry” he walked away and Charlie walked closer “your broken” she said “we are still your friends. Do you still believe that?” she almost cried “I will put you back together” his soul fell out of his body and curled up as it cried listening to her make a promise, a promise she will keep
