Nicely done. I have a soft spot for lyrics. I cut my writing teeth on them before moving on to prose, fiction and novels. There are times when I wish I was still inspired to write them.

I enjoyed the use of the ellipses to create forced pause, almost as if our narrator was pausing to make sure they were positive about the next statement. I also enjoy the juxtaposition of the lines Cause life is...about faith.../Not about whether you believe in God. The lyrics/lines are simple, but that works for the simple and true message.
