Freedom

Freedom

A Poem by Zune

You say you know freedom,
But I say that that's a lie,
And you'll never know true freedom,
Until you've tasted the sky.
Sure this world is pretty,
But I prefer it from up above,
It's my home and my life,
If fits me like a glove.
And when I'm in the air
I feel safe and sound,
Because I'm no longer on earth,
I'm no longer bound.
If you don't believe me,
Then come and fly with me!
I'll show you what its like to be happy
And what its like to be free.
Maybe just then,
You'll catch that pilot fever,
Claim the sky as your love,
And never want to leave her.

I enjoyed this a lot, it took me on an adventure. The flow could be improved, the rhyming sequence doesn't naturally flow which distracts from the piece. With some revision on the sequence and flow this would be a great piece. Keep up the good work :)

I do believe you. I think it would be wonderful to be a pilot.

yes, it is. If you ever have time you should take a lesson, just for the experience.
