In passing

In passing

A Poem by _mal

Bury it you can't
just There is so much to do
Right now like
Bury
Your head in your phone in
Your arms in
That dishwater that bites
Or that story he loves that baby
who squeals with
Delight who
Is not quite a baby
anymore

Your style is fast paced and a little hard to follow at first, but i like it. I think it adds a bit of anxiety to your voice, almost like an urgency to be understood. This reads like a man trying desperately to explain a revelation that is still unfolding before him. Very cool.

~~ i love the way you depict a train of thought in words... ~~ and... for me... this piece is about how our old experiences never leave us... even when new experiences find us...
