Why such drama girl
You are just a worm
Go there and eat some food
And walk around
That is what you are meant to do

I am sick of your ways
And need for attention

Are you defeated
How on earth can a worm loose.

Yeah you are just a worm
Why are these people disappearing from this club.

Earthworms add some nutrients and enrich the soil but still a 'worm' is attached with them. And the real one doesn't have this tag but they do present themselves. Truly, they are drama and give the vibes. Perhaps insecurity is their driving force. Great write!

A worm thrives in the breaking of its surroundings, whether creature, human or Self. Ultimately, it makes its way to a different place, then more than likely, waits or is taken by something stronger than self. This would-could be a courageous poem, perhaps begging to be found sad and needing help. Perhaps. Drama is often a call for help..
