For Zeke, a good friend of mine

We all have a fear. Some might be spiders, water, and the dark or scary monsters. Others fear are much more complicated. My present fear is myself. I know how low I can get, I have seen me at my worst, I know my weaknesses and I use them against me. I am my worst enemy. I can’t help it, it is just the way I am. I have to fight for my life every day. Sometimes I give up and let the worst of me win. Other times I am just tired of fighting. I am my worst fear. I am my own monster.
