HimA Poem by Andrea A. WentzA poem lost in the crash, but now restored!
A tender touch, Fingers interlaced. A whisper, a smile, a kiss, May this moment never end. But normal life seems to crash, crash right through the door shattering the peace the moment slips away in favor of life’s obligations Will those memories ever return?
Eventually the stress subsides, and the memories reawaken. A decision must be made, Do you feel the same or no?
Fear grips long gone memories return Is this the same or is it new? Is this real or is this an illusion? Can you trust again? Do you want to trust? Take a step forward or turn and retreat?
You know how you feel Take a chance Take up courage What do you have to lose, but him? © 2008 Andrea A. WentzReviews
