I'm one of those

I'm one of those

A Poem by Alisa
"

thinking about R.F

"

Some like it when the weather’s crazy

When the clouds are heavy

And the sky’s turned pale from holding its breath.

Some like it when it’s still,

When the winds all pass

And the air just lingers

a little longer than it should.

Some like the rain.

Some like the way it feels on skin

Like kisses from dull needles.

Some like it for its smell

Of refreshed earth and worries washed down under

Pleasant, sweet, and clear.

Some like it from somewhere inside

Where they can see it,

But not smell

or feel it.

And some like the rain

When it thunders right beneath them

When the sky is wicked, marvelous, and dark.

Some like it when the weather’s crazy

When the sky is bare and boring blue,

Beautiful blue,

Bodacious blue,

That’s crazy too.

I like it when the clouds are tender, soft, and full

Like lips just kissed by lovers tongue

And when the winds are singing

something

And when the sky is changing shape.

I like it when my skin feels something

Of the wind, the sun and rain.

I like a bit of everything,

I’m one of those,

I like it when the weather’s crazy.
