NELLAA Poem by Ahmad Alhour
Previous Version This is a previous version of NELLA.
NELLA
The scarlet sun is descending in the west, The velvet lady does shine; The moon is silent in his nest And i must seek for mine... She is like a flower In god's heaven bower, With such a silent delight, That sits etherealy among the mist; And smile on the night... In every voice of the rain... In every time the birds sing her name... She, whom my heart desires, Is called with such a velvet name, As it was NELLA...
