Set apart, as are we  to gods- 

The final means to the ultimate end 

destroyed by our own ambitions 

 

Conquering the moon 

harvesting dark matters 

scared, little creatures 

who still can't... 

...yet even see the stars 

 

undeterred 

so calculating 

so coldly 

skewing futures of life 

until we find ourselves turning around 

with scarcely little past to tread back on.
