My Home

My Home

A Poem by Amberinoface

Everything feels wrong

heart, breaking

family, far

people, laughing

everytime they see

but then again, who wouldn't

Just a freak to them

That little country doll, sent to be sold in the big city

outdated

no one "normal" loves anymore

they laugh at the voice

the words it uses

the way it looks

plain, yet strange, unusual

they laugh, and walk away

everyday painful

from the moment awaken

till the insominatice crying ends

not belonging here

just wanting to go home

the home, always known

until being sent off

just send me back to the home

that I love
