Forty-Twos

Forty-Twos

A Poem by ambur

It seems the open sky today holds a little secret.
I'll grab a rope, a stepping stool, and an old worn net--
I'll wait for time to say it's right, and, boy, I'll be set;
I'll tear the sky in forty-twos, and discover what's inside.

Now this is very interesting, to me, and I like it, though I cannot not say why.
But it will stick with me which is good.
Thank you for sharing.
