I Awake to Sleep (I Sleep to Dream)

This is a short poem of what I hope is meaningful poetry, at least to some other than myself'. The punctuation matters specifically in this poetic 'Quick-Rhyme' of wishful dreaming during good sleep.

I Awake to Sleep 

-- I Sleep to Dream --

I don't sleep to wake up,

I wake up so that I can go back to sleep.

It used to be different but as a Pisces

I really want reality to leave,

so that I can lie alone in bed and just be.

Dead to the World as I dream,

living in my head where Life is only as real

as my imagination can make it seem.....

The punctuation matters specifically in this poem (mostly it does not in past poems.) and other than that, I feel it falls under the category of my catch-all Latin phrase I stole from Hunter S. Thompson, who likely stole it from some other great writer:

Dreams are fickle. We know they don't have any bearing on the real world, but they impact us so heavily sometimes, I don't know whether to make heads or tails of them... But I think the main thing here is the escape from reality, where we get away into the world of sleep. Nicely done.
