A Life

A Life

A Poem by Angel Bluestocking
"

it's an epiphany. it came to me when i was idling, looking all my classmate's posts and i just sat there reading them all.

"

One's words fall on deaf ears.

One's actions are seen by blind eyes.

One's care is experienced by the ill-graced.

One's knowledge is shared to the ignorant.

One's work is wasted to the sloth.

One's love is given to the insensitive.

One's passion is seared to the heartless.

One's sympathy is given to the proud.

One's guilt is used by the opportunist.

And one's life is wasted to the many but for naught.
