Rain

This poem is dedicated to rain and defines how rain is important part of our life.

As leaves make trees wonders,
rain makes our lives wonderful.
As rainbow makes seven colours,
raindrops paint our heart colourful.
Cold raindrops on these hands,
falling from burst of clouds.
Telling to make fun and dance,
on rhythm of thunderclap sounds.
All are one under sky,
that water is our dignity.
With snacks and that cherrypie,
can't stop grooving like infinity.
Because. ......
As breadth gives human life,
rain makes our soul living.
As love is way to heaven,
raindrop is a heavenly feeling.

Poems about the rain are too few.. and yet, except in times of extreme flooding, it's a true gift and beautiful.

The smell of the soil after rain is blissful, the feel of it on the skin more so.. and you've so well expressed that in your first post in the Cafe. Well done!

Good use of vocabulary, without rain we would all would be dead. Literally.
Interesting the way you use stanzas, almost sounds like the lyrics of a song. One thing i'm wondering is perhaps when you write about something amazing, tell about it's negative areas as well as its positive. This gives pieces more feeling.

Really like this poem! Reminds me when i was a kid and you didn't worry about getting your clothes, hair or makeup wet, you would just dance in the rain because it was fun!

This is devastating description of of rain drenched feelings felt on the body to satisfy the present need that is much waited and yearned for human bliss sanctioned by divine power. From the beginning to end it is superbly written that I love all parts equally leaving the last part for is the most striking and lovely part or message of the poem..
