Colors of the Morning

PINK is a streak in the sky

A promise of the rising sun

 

RED is the blinking clock

A moment before the sounding alarm

 

BLUE is the running shower

A wish to just return to bed

 

GREEN is the grass kissed by the risen sun

A warm hug nature gives this day

 

YELLOW is the smell of coffee

A waking breath of life

 

PURPLE is the hum of the car engine

A start of a new adventure on this day

You imagery is very effective in this. The only thing that confused me was how yellow is a smell. I think the concept though, and after thinking about it, it makes sense. Very creative.
