As inspired by 'Jar Of Hearts' by Christina Perri and a life I know whose been through this
Who do you think you are? You kept me in the dark, Never let me live. Stranded in your little pathetic world, Not allowed to go anywhere if you weren't there.
Who do you think you are? Pushing me against the wall, Shouting in my face. Not scaring me, But making me a much more stronger person.
Who do you think you are? Accusing me and then... Then doing that to me?! While I sleep, You think I wasn't awake, When I couldn't get away from you're grasp.
Who do you think you are? Not like hurting me will get you any peace, Not like abusing me the way you do will get you pleasure. You keep me under wraps, Telling eveyone I'm dirty and worthless.
Who do you think you are? Calling me 'yours?' While you think you took my future away from me. While you dominated my life to its limit, While I try countless times to fly free.
Who do you think you are? Running after me while I run, Run away from all the mistakes I had once done and no longer care. I am a free woman, With scars embedded everywhere, Emotional and physical.
Who do you think you are? Trying to gain access, My world is no longer yours. I have learnt to live again, I have learnt to love again. I have learnt to be free again. I have learnt to forget You.
I knew a friend who went through a similar situation. She almost lost everything for him. Funny things is, she didn't really have much to lose by the time-- most her relationships were already destroyed by then; her parents did not approve of her and school became another of life's terrible burdens.
It's almost if the possessive person in the story feels like he brought you into this world, so he can't just as easily take you out. As if you were manufacture of his time and love. Great write. Thank you for sharing

This is an stunningly honest write, filled with emotion and power.. Your rhythmic flow is like music, and the last lines simply perfect and lifting in every way... (Jar Of Hearts is brilliant inspiration as well)...
