Spilt Ink

"Writing is my chance to escape. As I write, I jaunt through a path that's not yet been created. I'm its creator. In reality, you can't do that. Whether I am writing a story or a poem, I enjoy the trip and anticipate visiting the destination.
When I get there, my prose is complete. And, like a postcard from a faraway land, I wish to share my pleasure with whomever I choose. Therefore, I choose you, the beholder of this fine collection of poems. Do enjoy."
