Memories

 

Through the broken window,
as the shimmering sunlight
lightens up darkened memories,
faint images, blurred by the ripples of time,
surfaces up, 
against the calm ocean of my mind.
The ripples slowly spread across the surface
Leaving behind the reminiscence of days gone by.
