When was the last time,

I hear the words

I LOVE YOU?

I simply counted days,

months and even years

before hearing those words again.

Did it take a long time

for my heart to beat again?

to feel that spellbinding emotion?

Was I simply contented

with moving on?

Everything was set aside.

Now the time has come

for me to feel that love

will it prosper this time?

It is time to find out
