my beautiful pet

(this is what she looks like, her name is Tetay)

I have a loyal companion,

She loves me till death,

She just turned seven yesterday

And 7x7 =49

 

Human life,

She is a golden girl,

But for me she is more than that,

She will always be my special girl,

 

She is someone,

Who knows the ins and outs of me,

Who accepts and loves me unconditionally,

Who just understands me no matter what.

 

She leads a disciplined life,

She does not want to grow fat,

She has her regimen which can be

The envy of many girls.

 

She seldom barks,

She just wags her tail

When she meets someone nice,

And turns her head away if not.

 

She was taught to be patient,

She does not like begging for food,

She just waits and barks angrily

If the food is late.

 

She likes herself to be clean,

She is hygienic,

Very choosy about her soap,

Goes for the unscented one,

 

She is one little toy poodle,

But very dainty and feminine,

She does not want to be patted,

But likes to be cuddled all the time.

that's so funny....you are wrapped around that dainty little paw to the max...bella got up and we went out so she could do her stuff (it was 3am) she now waits patiently (or not) for 4 am to roll around and breakfast can be served ... that's her on my lap in the avatar ;)

Our fur babies are our kids, right? I have three cats, two tabbies and one maine coon, and they are as different as night and day. However do you keep her so pristine white? Your love for her is unwaivering, just like a mother's love should be! Hugs from me and mine, Sette!

the picture there is just a replica but really looks like tetay, my baby is particular about her shampoo and her toothpaste, she gives me pointers on good grooming

Such a honoring poem to your sweet baby... They are pets but if you are like me then you consider them your baby... My little girl is 13 years old which means she is 91 in dog years... I will be lost when she leaves me for the journey across the bridge... Nice write thank you for sharing

Your affection & appreciation are so strong & I am also in favor of many of the same details you've shared. The picture is gorgeous (I'd never do well with such a pretty white dog, living in the wilderness!)
