If, Does it Matter at all?

If, Does it Matter at all?

A Poem by Megan

If she draws the crowd
with an action so loud;
If she can sway a smile
on a stranger of ruthless guile;
If she can do a dance,
try to uphold a Godly romance;
If she can make friends,
rewrite a bitter end;
If she can stop an addiction
and erase the friction;
If she can rewrite her sad story
with a hopeful ending without suicidal worry;
If she can get a laugh from a sad face
and bring them to a happy place;
If she can pull grades
and enjoy basketball played;
If she can help everyone like the Son,
what does it matter at all
if she cannot convince and
be a light in the one place
where it matters most:
her family?
