The Sad Colorful World

Who would have known

Who would have thought you would change my whole view point

I would never thought you could change me

Change my perspective in life

Change my gray bleak world to a wondrous colorful world

But it crashed down as you left me

I didn't see it coming

I wasn't prepared and I don't how to pick up the broken pieces

It happened too quickly

Too fast that my mind couldn't even processed it

And I'm still having a hard time believing it, after many years

You made me believe in something that I couldn't

Now i'm lost as ever

You've showed something new but i'm scared to move forward

I've been scarred from what had happened

And I know it won't disappear... ever

Why did you have to leave like that

I know it wasn't your fault

I wish you gave me a warning

A warning to know that I wouldn't be the same

Slowly trying to figure out how to piece myself

But I can't

 I don't know how to

Why did you leave like that

The memory of you leaving is still fresh in my mind

A memory that I can't erase no matter how hard I wish too

The pain was so excruciating

I still feel the pain till this day

I would never thought you would affect me still

Why do you still linger in my thoughts

It's been years, I should have gotten over you

But my mind won't let me

I believed in you

You changed me and destroyed me in a matter of seconds

I'm still waiting for time to heal the pain

But it's taking forever 

As year goes by the pain not as strong as it was

But I still care

I can't hate and won't ever hate you

Even if you scarred me badly

You did gave me something that no one has ever

You made me believe in something that I could never

You made me see colors in the world that I couldn't had ever imagine

Even if it was for a short moment I could never forget seeing the world like that

Eventually I will forget the pain but I won't forget the colorful world you showed me
