I hate you.

I hate you.

A Poem by Austin Fern
"

I hate you. Every time I see your photograph I can’t help but think back to all the things you used to do.

"

I Hate You

I hate you.

Every time I see your photograph

I can’t help but think back

to all the things you used to do.

Like a fire my hatred consumes me.

All I can do is shout and lash out.

All I want is to be alone in my room;

where I can scream at the Devil,

and cry to God.

I wish I could hate you.

If I hated you,

The debilitating pain would fade away.

If I hated you,

I wouldn't care that you aren't here.

I never hated you.

That’s why this hurts so much.

That’s why I cry alone at night.

I love you.

True words reflecting the feelings we all experience atleast once in our lives. I like this piece.

Thanks for the review! I'm glad to hear I properly did the transition.
I like the contrast of how angry it starts and ends up being quite vulnerable, Nice :)

Thanks for the review! I'm glad to her you enjoyed it.
That fine 'undefined' line between love/hate, we know it well. It confuzzles the 'ell out of most people but there's no reason or rhyme for love....
