I am fresh like a page 

waiting and anticipating 

the first drop of ink 

to mark me and define me.

New

mu body is refreshed

I am not the same as I was  year ago

My skin has been replenished 

and my mind has turned to start a 

New chapter.

New 

I am just beginning

to spread my wings

and fly freely 

with all passion that I have

and bringing in the new year 

with a new sense of being,
