nightly nights

nightly nights

A Poem by Latifa
"

it's been a long while since i've writen anything, so this one is after a long period of writers block.

"
Nightly,nightly nights
come neighing,
they sense my urge for shades
to cool off the itching flames.

nightly, nightly nights
throw their blinking cape
at my crouching spine of worry,
I lay under to pant,
I lay under to solace,
then I fondle with the stars
to shed the aweless
torment and renew the promise
to abolish all that is malice.

That was a very beuatiful poem, latifa. Love the movement in imagery, the line 'fondle with the stars'' was especially evocative.
