I see you like this now,

I see it all going down.

Seeing you so sad,

I should not feel this bad.

Knowing that you've been caused such harm,

shouldn't bring me this much alarm.

I watch you cry,

and I wonder why

I even care

when you yourself caused me the same dispair.

What you have done to me,

can't you see?

Is exactly what is bringing you such pain.

My tears fell like never ending rain,

remembering your kiss,

so I don't understand why I even notice,

you falling apart,

because you've done this to me from the start.

You tore me to pieces,

and now the aching never ceases.

Now I'm by your side,

Forgetting that you ever lied.

It's amazing how easily

I can forgive all that you've done to me,

So maybe you should stop thinking of your own fate,

and think about me, because I can relate.

It really sucks to still love a jerk and hurt when they hurt.... very nicely done great rhymes and flow and a subject matter I can really relate to great job!

unconditional love can be an a*s and a good thing tho. painful bliss maybe? i like how well you can rhyme, it gives so much pace to it and it makes sense better that way. very nice poem.
