Good Night Noon

Good Night Noon

A Poem by Cari Lynn Vaughn
"

An Adult Version of Good Night Moon

"

Good Night Noon

Good Night vodka on the table

Good Night Lifetime fable

Good Night Prozac in green

Good Night no longer feeling mean

Hush Hush whispers the old woman

                                  who is not there

For she is just a memory thin as air

Good Night bedbugs waiting to bite

My little vampires hidden out of sight

Good Night to the terrible sunlight

Good Night to everyone who is too polite

Good Night noises in my head

Good night my empty lonely bed

Good Night to Noon

Sleep cannot come too soon!
