real life

real life

A Poem by Cece

life is misery and death
can only deliver you
i hate men and boys
are worst than ever

love always hurts and my savior is
the reaper i shall be heard
during my last scream of death
darkness is welcomed at last

Shroud to be my bedspread
and it will cover my secrets
my curse will be a mortician
with necrophilia unarrested

That definitely would be a curse a mortician with necorphilia, excellent poetry. Oh and thank you for the kind reviews.

Good poem! I liked the horrific twist at the end. Nice touch! The imagery of the shroud as a bedspread was nice as well. Good job!
