A Poem by An owl on the moon
"

Making me believe that she’s more...

"

While dreams chase landscapes

Elusive across rickety bridges

And the fabric of her curved lines

She has October in her eyes

Hair laced golden on shadows

Skin soft as silken daffodil wings

How I taste the sapphire on her lips

What is the wilding world to me?

Do I slip it on like constricted shoes?

Or do I dance raindrop barefoot?

She giggles her warm laughtering trill

Magnificent music she plays over space

Making me believe that she’s more

Than light lit letters on a leafed page.

Yes.. such fire autumn brings to warm our winters... thank you, Marie!
sometimes writers are able to produce such enchanting magic with their words--they can dance across the page fluttering into our hearts, captivating our minds, images teasing with alluring beauty and promises whispered bewitching our souls.. you should recognize this as you do the same to your readers Craig.. each magnificent treasure holds new wonders, new magic, new breathtaking emotion and imagery... an artist painting his masterpiece and allowing us the honor of seeing the brilliance from afar.. you already know I am a huge fan... this one is quite stunning as usual my friend.. I love the precious elements you choose to highlight here to show the affection and appreciation for someone who lights up the page with her magic..

What truly beautiful words, they could be about life, about this month and its special meaning for you, about a love, a dream ... but whatever this reader thinks, you've created your own 'laughtering trill.

Considering the Fall and its gloriously colourful drift from trees, i so like your word-play in the final line, '.. Than light lit letters on a leafed page. '
